Date Protection Declaration acc. To GDPR 2018

With this Declaration we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and the rights to which you are entitled under data protection law in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which will come into effect on 25 May 2018.

On the purpose of the processing of personal data

The primary purpose of the processing of personal data is (pre-)contractual needs analysis, consulting, contract initiation, administration and fulfilment as well as claims settlement.

Your data will be collected and processed for the handling of inquiries, offers, orders, invoices, contracts, etc.

If you do not provide us with this data or do not provide it to the extent required, we may not be able to establish, assess or fulfil the contractual relationship you require.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The data is processed in accordance with permissions given acc. to the GDPR, primarily to fulfil contracts, to protect our justified interests and to fulfil legal and contractual obligations.

For the processing of specially protected personal data, such as your health data, we obtain your prior consent – provided that the processing is not necessary to safeguard legal claims.

Categories of receivers

As far as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or legally required, we transmit required data to the receivers concerned in individual cases, such as supervisory and financial authorities, regional health insurance funds, municipalities, district authorities, insurance companies, subcontractors.

Storage period (deletion periods)

We store your personal data only as long and as far as this is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes or as far as we are legally obliged to do so. In doing so, we take into account the corresponding limitation periods and retention periods.

Rights of the data subjects

If the necessary prerequisites are met you have the following rights:

Right of access, correction, cancellation, right of appeal to the Austrian Data Protection Authority and, from 25 May 2018, the right to processing and data transferability restriction.

If the processing is based on a consent, you have the right to revoke this at any time. In such cases, we will seize to process this data further, unless there is another reason for legal processing.

 

INQUIRIES ABOUT THE DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION AND OFFER SUBMISSION

The contractor agrees that personal data relevant to the order will be passed on to contractors for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

The inquirer agrees that personal data will be passed on to contractors for the purpose of potential order fulfilment, if the potential order requires it.
